When should I expect my order?
Choose your destination to see an estimated production and delivery time.
Most of our pieces are made on order, which means production only begins once you’ve chosen your style and size. It takes a little longer than picking something from a warehouse shelf, but allows us to offer more prints, more sizes and less unnecessary stock.

Where are we delivering?
- We aim to fulfil within the US when the product and size are available.
- We aim to fulfil within the EU when the product and size are available.
- Products are shipped from the EU or US. Import charges apply to orders over £135.
What happens after you order
Your arrival estimate includes two separate stages: production first, then delivery.
Order confirmed
Your order details are checked and sent to the right production partner.
Made for you
Most items take 3-7 business days to produce before dispatch.
Tracking email sent
You receive a dispatch email for each parcel as soon as it leaves.
On its way
Delivery time depends on your location, carrier and any customs checks.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs depend on your items and destination. You’ll see the full delivery charge at checkout before you pay.
Where do you ship from?
Our production partners are in the EU and US. We use the nearest suitable facility where possible, but this varies by product and availability.
Ordering from the UK?
Import charges may apply to orders over £135.
Because our products are currently made in the EU or US, UK orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duty or handling charges when they enter the country.
These charges are set by UK customs and aren’t included in your Cosmic Drifters order total.
