Product Description

This woven tapestry blanket was designed by hand by our very own Sarah Wildling to celebrate Ostara (March 20th). Ostara is a pagan Sabbat celebrated around the spring equinox, honoring balance, renewal, and the return of light after winter. It symbolizes fertility and new beginnings, often represented by eggs, hares, blooming flowers, and the awakening of the earth. Many practitioners mark Ostara with rituals, feasts, and nature-focused activities that celebrate growth, rebirth, and the strengthening sun.

These tapestries are ethically woven in the USA using 100% cotton threads. They measure 80″ by 60″ i.e. 200cm X 150cm and make such great statement pieces for use as blankets or wall hangings. We’re currently working on designing and producing a full series of Sabbat inspired blankets to align with the pagan Wheel of the Year! Stay tuned for Beltane, coming next…
