This product is printed on demand by our production partners. Our print on demand products are produced at different locations and shipped directly from where they are produced. As such shipping rates vary and don’t match the rates that we charge on items produced in-house. You will see the live shipping costs for each print on demand product at checkout. Typically you will be charged a lower shipping fee for each additional item purchased.

Returns
Defective items – Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please let email us a full description on the problem, plus photographs to support@cosmicdrifters.com
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the production facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
