How can I return an item?
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order!
- Your item must be returned in the same unworn condition it was received in with all tags and labels still attached.
- Swimwear must have the hygiene sticker intact.
- Gift cards cannot be returned
How much does my return cost?
As we are a very small independent business we don’t currently offer prepaid return labels or refund initial shipping costs. We ask that buyers pay for their own return postage and ship your return tracked using your local provider.
If on the rare occasion a mistake has been made during the production process and you are making your return on the basis of this fault we will cover your return postage and either fix the item and ship it back out to you or refund your order.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Once your return reaches our facility, it can take up to 14 business days to process. We’ll refund your money using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please note, it might take a little longer for the funds to show in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
