Q- I changed my mind about an order after receiving it, can I return or exchange it?
We do accept exchanges for store credit, a replacement size or an item of the same value within 14 days of an orders shipment date. To coordinate an exchange, please email us at email@example.com stating your name, address, order number and the reason for your exchange and we will advise you on how to proceed.
We sincerely apologise but we are unable to issue refunds at this time due to the scale and nature of our business. All of our items are handmade-to-order and we just can’t afford to refund items that have been made to your specific requirements as we’re only a wee independent shop and would be unlikely to sell the item on in the exact style you ordered any time soon.
Once it comes to sending the item back please ensure that it is in the same unworn condition it was in when we shipped it, with all tags and labels still attached. You will be responsible for return postage costs.
To prevent issues with sizing please read our size guide. We offer an extensive list of custom fits, so if your measure yourself and describe your size accurately we can guarantee an order that will fit you perfectly!
Q- I changed my mind about an order before receiving it, can I cancel it?
If you change your mind after an order has been placed and we have not yet made the item then we can refund it for you. If we’ve already made the piece then the order can’t be cancelled so make sure that you’re certain about your purchases!
Q- My order is not as described, can I return it?
Yes of course you can. In the rare instance that there is a fault with your order please email us stating your name, address and order number alongside a description of what is wrong with the item. Then let us know whether you want a refund or a replacement. We will contact you and advise you on how to proceed with the return. Once it comes to sending the item back please ensure that it is in the same condition that it was shipped in, with all tags and labels still attached. We will pay the return postage costs of faulty orders.
Q- How long will it take to process my return?
Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 7 business days. When we generate store credit or ship out a new item you will be notified via the email address listed on your account when the order was placed.
Q- Will my return postage be covered?
If the garment was not received in the condition described we will of course cover return postage.
If you change your mind about an order it is your responsibility to pay for return postage.
